The airline was originally established in 2003 and is known for their low cost flights. They currently operate all of their flights in cooperation with their parent company AirAsia out of their main hub at Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. Food and beverages are available to purchase on board or may be ordered in advance on the airlines website. For those who wish to enjoy in-flight entertainment, the airline provides a tablet or monitor on board with headsets included featuring a selection of movies, shows, games and music, however, for a fee.
