We flew, 3 passengers, to Bali 7/1/06.
We prebooked seats. Good idea but they still had problems processing luggage which made for one hour late take off.
We prepaid meals [food is poor even by airline standards] take your own, especially if you have a night flight & dont have time to fit in food /film/sleeping/dvd player.
Not really enough "hosties" but they tried hard.
Plane seemed unusually cold so our pre-paid blanket was necessary if you dont want to take a jumper in your cabin baggage.
We prepaid for the film. If you have your own cheap ear phones they would probably fit.
We prepaid for a dvd player each. We could have managed with one or 2, & split their usage between us. Especially on the over night return trip. If you are desperate they will also lease you one on the plane.
Remember luggage allowance is only 20 kilos pp.
Lots of work for the staff as to who had pre-paid what.
One of our least enjoyable flights, but system problems rather than staff attitude were the reason

Went to Honolulu on Jetstar and loved it. The comfort pack was ideal and food was good too. There were no problems we ran on time and all staff were nice. The cabin was much easier on the eye than other airlines too. no problems here...

I travelled to Vietnam, by Jetstar Airbus A330-200 (economy class). Left and arrived on time. The food was good, digital movie player was ok. The service was excellent compared to Vietnam Airlines. The leather seats were not really comfortable, but ok. Overall i give 3.5/5 stars. I would travel again domestic and international.
