I have flown JAL many times and have been very impresssed by their friendliness, clean airlines, work ethic, punctuality, respest and consideration for the customer.
they are my preferred carrier for Europe or USA/Canada. their crew and staff are lovely people and so courteous.

I LOVE JAL! They are the cleanest, most professional (second only to Singapore) airline. Their food is amazing and the toilets to my amazement were always clean! I would fly with them again!
