American Airlines Inflight ServicesOn the majority of its international and domestic flights, American Airlines operates First, Business and Economy Class.
First ClassFlagship Suite First Class is available on international routes with American Airlines. Benefits include swivel seating to allow greater communication between passengers travelling together, privacy dividers and seats that recline to fully flat beds.
Business ClassBusiness Class offers passengers a generous amount of legroom in comfortable leather seats. Passengers may access airport lounges where available.
Economy ClassEconomy Class on American Airlines was voted “Best Economy/Coach Class” at the OAG Airline Industry Awards in 2008. Seats are fitted with six way adjustable headrests and overhead lockers have been extended to ensure that all cabin baggage can be comfortably accommodated.
AA Airport LoungesAmerican Airlines runs two airport lounges – Flagship Lounges and the Admirals Club. Passengers travelling in First Class are eligible for entry to these where available. Business Class passengers may use the Admirals Club. All passengers may purchase one day passes to the Admirals Club, to allow them to make the most of the time they have at the airport.
AAdvantage Frequent Flyer Programme The AAdvantage program is American Airlines' travel awards program. AAdvantage members earn miles each time they purchase a ticket and fly on American Airlines, AmericanConnection, American Eagle or any of their 20+ airline partners. It was the first travel rewards program, being established more than 20 years ago, and is today, is the world's largest program. Points can be redeemed for a variety of travel awards around the world on American Airlines and their partners.
