Why Fly On JetKonnect
Originally established in 1991 as Sahara Airlines, the airline then changed their brand to Air Sahara. The airline was then bought out by Jet Airways in 2007 and re named Jetlite. Finally, Jetlite was rebranded into JetKonnect as of 2012. Their current passenger fleet size consist of 19 aircraft.
The airline is a domestic airline that offers low fare flights to 55 cities within India from their main hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport and two secondary hubs in Mumbai and Kolkata. They currently do not fly to any international destinations.
On Board JetKonnect
JetKonnect offers mainly Economy Class seating on all aircraft and a few include Premiere Class seating with slightly more leg room. Economy Class is standard width and seat pitch. Meals and beverages are available for purchase from the JetCafe.
Access to domestic lounges while flying on JetKonnect is by invitation for a select few JetPrivilege Platinum and JetPrivilege Gold members. At airports that have multiple lounges, the Guest Service staff will assist you to the appropriate lounge.
