I travel once a year to Mauritius to visit my aged relatives. Everytime there has been something wrong with this company, on two occasions I had cups with lipstick on the tray, staff fighting while serving dinner. On another occasion I asked for a cup of coffee for breakfast and the hostess told me we dont serve wine for breakfast. Once I requested a MSG free meal and got nothing for a trip of 12 hrs except some leftover cheese and fruit after a big argument with the supervisor. I have no choice but to keep travelling with this airline because no other airline goes to Mauritius from Sydney. Its a pity no passengers have a say. The Hostess and Steward are very arrogant, they dont see themselves as service providers but bullying.
