Magic Mountain has loads of fun for the entire family, from the toddlers and up. There are water slides, a roller coaster, toboggan mountain slide, grand prix cars, mini golf, a giant slippery dip, small child's playground, a kiddy splash pool, and toddler cars. There is also a kiosk and gift shop.Those who want to BYO their lunch can use the coin operated BBQ and picnic facilities. URL:::: http://www.magicmountain.net.au/ Potoroo Palace is a not for profit native animal sanctuary that is home to potoroos, echidnas, wombats, bandicoots, kangaroos, and wallabies. Potoroo Palace aims to raise the awareness of the importance of the conservation and welfare of Australian native fauna and flora. Potoroo Palace is located on the Princes Highway 9 km north of Merimbula. Potoroo Place is open 10am-4pm 6 days a week. It is closed on Tuesdays. In school holidays it is open 7 days. URL::: http://www.potoroopalace.com.au/ Ben Boyd National Park extends from Green Cape Lighthouse to the Pambula River. This national park features many beautiful beaches, picnic areas, and bush walks. Two of the most well known features of the National Park are 'The Pinnacles' an amazing rock formation worthy of a photo, and Boyds Tower (named after Ben Boyd) which provides fantastic coastal views, and at the correct time of year a view of migrating whales. 2 sheltered beaches are Barmouth Beach and Severs Beach.
