The Imaginarium Science Centre opened its doors to the public in 2001. A great interactive outing, take the family and have fun with the hands on exhibits, travelling exhibitions and displays.

The Davonport Regional Gallery
 
The Davonport Regional Gallery has grown from small beginnings as the ‘Little Gallery’, a private enterprise founded by Jean Thomas in 1966. Thomas’ vision for the Gallery was it being a centre for community arts and activities. The Gallery is sited in the Baptist Church which was built in 1904 and became the home of the Gallery in 1983. Take a stroll through the Gallery and discover the talents of local craftsperson’s as well as the national and international exhibits on display.

Tiagarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre
 
Take a walk along the Bluff headland and view the unique aboriginal rock engravings. Follow up with a visit to the Tiagarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Step back in time and see the life of the indigenous people as they are portrayed in dioramas. The Centre has guided tours and thousands of artefacts in various displays which showcase the Aboriginal heritage in this region. Stroll through the replica Tasmanian Aboriginal huts and view the more than 2,000 artefacts. Steeped in culture and indigenous lore, the Souvenir Shop has available arts and crafts from local indigenous artisans.
