Airport Location & Facilities: The airport is situated four miles (6km) from Chiang Mai.Facilities include a bank and bureaux de change, bars and restaurants, and a left luggage office. There are limited facilities for disabled travellers; those with special needs should contact their airline in advance.

Airport Parking & Transfers: Car parking facilities are available.Taxis and tuk-tuks are available for travel to Chiang Mai, fares should be agreed in advance. Many hotels also arrange transport. Public buses are only advised for serious budget travellers.
